Asda have cancelled recurring slots for vulnerable customers over Xmas 10 Posted 30th Oct 2020 If you are a vulnerable customer who was on the Gov Shielding List, and because of this had a recurring delivery slot with Asda, emails have gone out to suspend those recurring slots from 19th Dec 2020 - 02 Jan 2021. How do I amend/cancel my recurring top-up? Call us on 2732 from your Asda Mobile or 0800 079 2732 from any other phone (free of charge) to amend or cancel.
How do I cancel my recurring bundle or recurring top-up?
If you have a recurring bundle set up on your account and you would like to cancel it: -
Text 'ENDBUN' and the number of the bundle to 2732 (free of charge). E.g. If you have a £10 recurring bundle text 'ENDBUN10'.
If you have a recurring top-up set up on your account and you would like to cancel it: -
Text 'STOPAUTO' to 2732 (free of charge).
